Woodhaven Water Company Board consists of seven (7) members, all of whom shall be stockholders of the corporation. A majority of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the board.

Every person(which word as used herein includes any legal entity) who is a record owner of a fee or undivided fee interest, or having a substantial possessory interest, in a property served by the water system is eligible to become an owner of a share of stock of the corporation.

Woodhaven Water Company meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM. Monthly meetings are located in the board room at the office: 7242 Lakeshore Drive, Quinton, Virginia 23141.
